Everything!! The staff was Fantastic!! Kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. My husband is very ill, on oxygen and everyone, even other guests were extremely helpful to us. The meals from Burger Theory were Excellent. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return next year.

The room was excellent....Very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We were there for a funeral and needed an extra 30 minutes for a later checkout they gladly allowed us to and was very nice. Thank you so much for good service.

The staff from housekeeping to the front desk were especially friendly. Everything was clean. The food was amazing, and the view of the riverfront was calming

Anytime I travel to Owensboro I stay at the Holiday Inn without question. The hotel is just outside of downtown Owensboro with little to no noise. However, last time we stayed at the hotel we booked a river view room, and just our luck there was a 5K coming through downtown by the riverbank. I was woken up to cheering support for the runners. My advice would be to check local events before booking the river view suites, if not the city view is just as nice! Burger Theory (restaurant in the lobby) is wonderful! Breakfast and dinner are great, good selection of local breweries and spirits. There is a nicely stocked snack bar in the lobby, you can pay cash or charge to your room. The staff is always polite and quick to assist with any questions or needs. Parking is never an issue and it's free! If you don't drive there is a trolley (free as well) that has an established route around the downtown area which picks you up at the front door. Downtown Owensboro is very walkable with a beautiful riverfront fountain/park area.
